Using Kivra
Kivra is a personal archive for live experiences. You can record a show with its title, date, venue, city, and a short memory; add photos, ticket images, and written feelings; and arrange those materials into an editable magazine for your own keeping.
What the App Provides
Kivra can import images from Photos, capture a ticket with the camera, read ticket text on the device, accept an optional spoken reflection, and create magazine pages from the material you choose. You can edit page layouts, reorder or refine story content, and export a magazine or selected pages as PDF or image files. Ticket codes, order references, and personal details may be masked in exports by default, with controls available in the App.
Your Material
You retain your rights in the photos, ticket images, and words that you add. You are responsible for having the right to use and export that material, including any material belonging to a venue, performer, ticket provider, or another person. Do not use Kivra to store or distribute content that you are not authorized to handle.
Local App and Device Features
The App is designed around your device. Photo and camera access is requested when you choose an import or capture action. Microphone and Speech Recognition access is requested only when you choose voice input for a reflection. You can decline or later revoke these permissions in device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable.
Credits and Apple Purchases
Kivra may offer optional in-App credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase. Credits are licensed for use in Kivra, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are applied only after Apple verifies the transaction. Apple processes the payment and handles applicable purchase and refund rules under Apple's terms and policies. Kivra does not receive your full payment-card number.
Careful Use
Use the App lawfully and respect the privacy and intellectual-property rights of other people. Do not attempt to interfere with the App, bypass purchase verification, reverse engineer protected parts except where applicable law permits, or use exported material to mislead or harm another person.
Availability and Changes
Kivra may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, layout, credit offer, or export option. The App may be unavailable during maintenance or because of device, storage, operating-system, or network conditions. Your local archive can be affected by deleting the App, clearing its data, or losing the device; keep copies of exports that matter to you.
Ownership and Disclaimer
Kivra and its software, names, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to the provider. The App is provided for personal organization and creative archiving. Layouts, OCR results, and masked exports are convenience tools; review them before relying on or sharing an export.
Ending Use
You may stop using Kivra and clear its locally stored records from Settings. We may limit access when necessary to protect the App, its purchase systems, or other users' rights. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, and lawful use continue as applicable.
